How we deal with anti-social behaviour
We take complaints about anti-social behaviour seriously and will always do everything we can to tackle any issues you may have.
We will:
- Respond to complaints promptly
- Promote mediation as a means of resolving neighbour disputes
- Always offer to visit the home of the complainant
- Listen sympathetically to all tenants and will not prejudge or make assumptions
- Advise tenants of the actions they can take in response to anti-social behaviour.
How we categorise anti-social behaviour
Once we have received your complaint we will put it into one of three categories which determines how long we have to respond.
